Lester and his mother, Sarah (Beebe) Roe (1789-1851) are buried together in Waverly Street Cemetery. They are a few blocks away from the Roe family plot in Cedar Grove Cemetery where her husband, Deacon Stephen Roe (1779-1851), is buried with his parents CPT Austin Roe (1749-1830) and Catherine Jones (1759-1820) rest in peace. Deacon Roe's first wife, Sarah Smith (1784-1812), died and was buried in Rochester, NY.
