Mrs. Andrew James Caldwell of Newburg-on-Hudson annouces the engagement of her second daugher, Miss Rosalind Deering Caldwell, to John Brewer of Rockville, Md. Miss Caldwell, who was educated in the Georgetown Vistiation Convent, is a daughter of the late Andrew James Caldwell, wll known in engineering circles. Mr. Brewer, who is a son of the late Judge Brewer of Montgomery County Md., is manager of the R. G. Dun Mercantile Agency in Washington, D. C., while the wedding is to take place very quietly on June 3.
