Arlene Byington Randall
Uintah - Arlene Randall, 76, passed peacefully on January 15, 2012. She was born August 22, 1935 in Uintah, Utah to James William and Dena (Kranendonk) Byington. Arlene lived in Northern Utah all her life, except for 2 years in Albuquerque, NM. She graduated from Weber High School. She was sealed to Kenneth Orrin Randall in the Logan Temple on July 13, 1956.
Arlene was a member of the LDS Church where she served as a primary teacher, scout leader, ward missionary, visiting teacher and volunteered wherever else she was needed.
Her passions in life were softball and working in her yard. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
Arlene is survived by 2 sons and a daughter, Kevin Orrin Randall, Teri Lee Randall and Kirk Evan Randall (Natalie); 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters, Donna Hamblin, Shirley Ray, and Lois Knight.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 49 years, Kenneth; sister, Lorna Potts; brothers-in-law, Don Batchelor, Marvin Potts and Richard Knight.
The family would like to thank Tammy, Miller and Amy at Alpine Hospice for the loving care they gave our mother.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 20, 2012 at the Uintah 1st Ward, 6650 S. 1775 E., Uintah. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Jan. 19th at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., from 6 to 8 p.m. and also on Friday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, West Warren Cemetery.
