Sister of Mildred Dorothy "Millie" Cohen wife of Max "Frank" Factor, Jr

Married to mobster and Stardust Hotel operator John "Jake the Barber" Factor. When Factor was kidnapped, officials thought he may have fled the country to escape entanglements with the British Government. That idea was quickly dropped when Rella collapsed and was placed under doctor's care. On January 10, 1958, Moe Dalitz, Allard Roen and their Desert Inn associates took over the Stardust with the owner listed as Rella Factor, for $4.3 million. Factor at one time resided at 1184 Loma Linda Drivein Beverly Hills.
