Elsie M. Roe:, 63 ,passed away Sunday in Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was born January 29, 1932 in Akron, Colo. to the late Arthur and Minnie Mae "Gates" Davisson. She was also predeceased by her husband,Leal H. Roe. Survivors include two daughters, Ann (Joseph)McKinney,St.Cloud,Fla. and Debbie (Rodney) James: three step-sons, Bob Dale, and Neil Roe: several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren: five sisters, Lila Pribble,Salem, Oreg. Emma Jorgensen, Ft.Morgan, Colo., Ruth Schippert, Bush, Colo. Cretus Darby, Wilber,Wash., and Alice Walters, Aurora, Colo. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, at 1 p.m. in Nichols Funeral Home 119th Street, Whitney Point with Pastor Russell Ward officating. Iterment will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening.(Tuesday) from 7 to 9 p.m. Those wishing may make contributions in Elsie's memory to the Whitney Point Emerency Squad.
