Obituary
Forrest "Frosty" William Quick answered God's Call to come home on September 26, 2009 in McCook, Nebraska. It was just 7 days before that his Wife Margaret also answered God's Call. He was 96 and she was 94---together they worked and now they are in Heaven together for eternity. He was born at Odell, NE in Gage, Co on August 6, 1913 the son of the late John T. and Mary (With) Quick. He had five sisters.

His family later moved to Grant, NE where he attended school and grew to manhood. He was baptized and became a member of the Congregational Church of Grant later moving his membership to Trenton, NE.

On November 2, 1935 Frosty married Margaret Whipps. In December of 1937 they moved to Trenton and he was in business until 1997. To this union was born two children, a daughter, Colleen Kay Schoolcraft of Lancaster, SC and a son, Gary Lee Quick of Denver.

Frosty was a past Scout Master served time as a City board member and School board member. He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge, a Past Worshipful Master, Eastern Star, and a Past Worthy Patron.

He had his own plane, loved to fly and play golf.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary; wife, Margaret; and his sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Colleen and husband, Robert; and son, Gary and wife, Sharon.
