June 5, 1900 - Supervisor's District 3 (crossed out to 289), Enumeration District 15, Kanawha District, Fayette County, West Virginia.
Occupation:
June 5, 1900 - Coal Mines.

NOTE: He was a coall miner and was a victim of the Stuart mine explosion on January 29, 1907, that killed all 85 men that were inside the mine at the time. The mine was later renamed Lochgelly. It is now a section of Oak Hill, West Virginia. He had no family of his own.
